HEMMAT SHABAB and YOUTHINK ACADEMY of California are to provide digital skills training to 2,000 young individuals, including women, in order to boost their employment.
THE GOAL
The project aims to raise youth employment rates by focusing on digital skills such as Software Development, Data Science and Digital Marketing where youth and women employment is globally thriving.
We plan to start online and in-person education in January 2022 so that in 24 months, we have 2,000 graduate students. In addition to providing the students with first-class curricula, we want to provide internships with local, regional and international corporations and establish partnerships for employment with big tech companies and governmental entities. To motivate our students to create their own startups, we aim to provide training, facilitate entrepreneurship among graduates, and enhance seed funding.
Established in 2012, Hemmat Shabab Foundation for Development “HSF” is a non-profit NGO, licensed by the Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs in the Republic of Yemen. HSF is an independent charitable organization. Our work is unaffiliated and impartial to all religious and political parties and associations.
